SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order comes in, we will prep and handle your package within one (1) business day before it gets it gets shipped out. Your packages should be delivered between 3-7 days after being shipped out from our warehouse, depending on your location (we are shipping from Chino Hills, CA). The carriers we use are FedEx and UPS. You will receive an e-mail from us when your order has been shipped out and will also provide you with a tracking number. Thank you for doing business with us!
RETURN POLICY
We have a 30 day return policy. If you have any issues with our products, please send us an e-mail message at cs@zingcook.com with your order number and issue/reason for return and we will get back to you regarding your next steps!
