Real quick, this recipe
uses the Zing Sous Vide
It is one of my favorite kitchen tools because it has 7 different cooking modes (Sous Vide, Saute, Slow Cook, White Rice, Brown Rice, Boil/Steam and even Yogurt!) so I can basically do most of my cooking with this guy. It also has a 6 Qt. capacity which is plenty for most family and friend gatherings. The fact that I can Sous Vide and Sear with the same machine has been a game changer.

Makes enough for 1-2 people.

5 Liquid Egg Whites
1/2 Cup of Fat Free Milk (optional)
2 Tablespoons of Protein Powder
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1/2 Tablespoon of Sweetener
4 Slices of Whole Grain Bread
Butter or Spray Oil (For Cooking)
Directions:

Set the Zing Sous Vide Water Oven to Saute Mode on High (It will take a moment to heat up)
Into a bowl add your 5 liquid egg whites.
Add the 1/2 cup of fat free milk (optional).
Then add the 2 tablespoons of protein powder to the mix.
Add 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of sweetener (optional).
Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
On a plate, cover your whole grain bread with the mixture, allow the bread to soak for about 2 minutes.
Butter or spray the pot to prevent sticking.
Cook each side of each piece for about 1-3 minutes. The ideal piece will be golden brown without being burnt.
If you are feeling a little sweet you can dust them with some powdered sugar and dip into some syrup (Keto Syrup works too!)
